Sample Itinerary:

Day 1: Depart U.S.A.

Our pilgrimage begins as we depart en route to Paris. 

Meals and refreshments will be served on board.

Day 2: Paris / Lourdes

Upon reaching Paris, we will transfer to Lourdes, where on arrival, we will be met by our tour guide. Lourdes is one of the great pilgrimage shrines of the world. It was here where Our Lady appeared to St. Bernadette, proclaiming herself the "Immaculate Conception." D

Day 3: Lourdes

Today we'll have all day to experience the unique atmosphere of this beautiful town. Attend Mass at the Grotto of Massabielle, where the Virgin appeared 18 times.

Also, visit the Basilica of St. Pius X (the world's largest underground church), see the house where St. Bernadette lived during the Apparitions, and visit several sites where miraculous cures have taken place. In addition, we can participate in the Blessed Sacrament Procession and the Candlelight Procession this evening. B/D

 

 Day 4: Lourdes / Barcelona

Depart Lourdes and drive to visit the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Montserrat,

the spiritual heart of Catalonia, and home to a dramatically set Benedictine monastery. For 700 years, this Marian shrine has attracted thousands of pilgrims worldwide. We pause here to visit the Black Madonna of Montserrat, Spain's most sincere devotion to the Blessed Mother. Afterward, we will drive to Barcelona and check in at our hotel. B/D

 

Day 5: Barcelona 

After breakfast, we will enjoy a panoramic tour of Barcelona, including views of the harbor area, Montjuic, Plaza de España, and Plaza de Catalunya. We will then visit Barcelona Cathedral, followed by a visit to Gaudi's La Sagrada Familia,

a magnificent, unfinished Roman Catholic basilica of impressive proportions.

Finally, we will continue to Tibidabo Hill, where we will visit the Church of the

Sacred Heart and see a statue of Christ whose extended arms overlooking

Barcelona remind one of Rio de Janeiro. B/D

Day 6: Barcelona / Zaragoza

Drive to Zaragoza, the chief city of Aragon, which has traditions connected with the story of St. James and is the birthplace of the great Spanish painter Francisco Goya. Visit the Shrine of Our Lady of Pilar, where the Blessed Virgin appeared to St. James in 40 AD. Transfer to our overnight hotel. B/D

Day 7: Zaragoza / Salamanca 

Drive to the walled town of Avila, made famous by St. Teresa of Avila. In Avila, visit the Monastery of the Incarnation, where St. Teresa spent many years of her life,

the Monastery of St. Joseph, which was her first foundation, and the

Convent of St. Theresa. Then, continue to Salamanca, one of Spain's foremost cultural centers and a showcase of intricately sculpted Renaissance architecture in golden stone. B/D

 

Day 8: Salamanca / Fatima 

This morning leave Spain for Portugal. En route, we will visit Coimbra,

a famous university town, to visit the Convent of Santa Clara La Nova,

where St. Isabella is buried. After celebrating Mass, continue to Fatima,

one of the world's most important Marian Shrines and an important pilgrimage center. This evening, join other pilgrims worldwide in the evening candlelight procession to pray the rosary. B/D

 

Day 9: Fatima

Today, we will celebrate Mass on the spot where Our Lady appeared at the Chapel of Apparitions. Then visit the Basilica to see the site of St. Francisco and St. Jacinta's graves and later to the hamlet of Aljustrel, where the three children lived during the Apparitions. Finally, continue to Valinhos, where Our Lady appeared following the children's release from prison. B/D

 

Day 10: Fatima / Lisbon

Drive south to Santarem, where we will visit the Church of St. Stephen

(Church of the Holy Miracle), which contains the oldest recorded Eucharistic Miracle,

which has been on continuous display since 1269. Then, to Lisbon,

Portugal's capital and the birthplace of St. Anthony of Padua (the patron saint of Portugal). Next, visit the Lisbon Cathedral and the magnificent

Monastery of St. Jeronimo. Finally, we will transfer to our hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure, exploring this friendly city. We will have our own farewell dinner in a local restaurant. B/D

Day 11: Lisbon / U.S.A.
Depart Fatima and drive to Lisbon Airport for our return flight to the U.S., 

arriving on the same day as departure. 

Meals and refreshments will be served on board.
